Upon successful completion, you gain:

  • Entry level skill set for food attendant, customer service in hospitality or retail  

  • Improved confidence to look for work

Online assessments, practical activities, role plays, workplace scenarios 

Requirements 

You will need the following to complete your application:  

1. USI number: You must have a USI number prior to applying for a course
