Upon successful completion, you will gain 

  • Confidence for the workplace 
  • Improved interview and people skills
  • ​Skills to respond to difficult situations calmly and professionally 

Course Content 

  • Understanding what employers value in staff 
  • Verbal communication, body language and listening skills 
  • Dealing with difficult situations and staying calm 
  • Interview preparation and practice 

Course Delivery 

Classroom based under the guidance of our qualified and supportive Trainer and Assessor 

2 days from 9.30am to 4.00pm 

Assessment 

Practical activities, role plays, workplace scenarios

There are no prerequisites  

Fees and Charges 

$3,000 (equivalent to $75 per student per day for a group of 20)
