Course Delivery
Classroom based under the guidance of our qualified Food Safety Trainer and Assessor, 100% face to face delivery.
Times: 9am to 4.30pm
Day: 2 days for core units plus 1 day for each optional elective
Assessment
Online assessments, practical activities, role plays, workplace scenarios
Requirements
You will need the following to complete your application:
1. USI number : You must have a USI number prior to applying for a course

2. Email: address and login details in order to complete the course application
Fees and Charges
$ 2, 800 for 2 core units (equivalent to $140 per student per day for a group of 10)
$ 4,100 for 2 core unit and 1 optional elective [equivalent to $137 per student per day for a group of 10]
$5,400 for 2 core units and 2 optional electives [equivalent to $135 per student per day for a group of 10]
