F.R.E. is a 4-day training course designed to prepare you for entry-level work in hospitality.
F – Foundational Skills – Learn the core of hospitality: Responsible service of alcohol, food safety, customer service
R – Real-World Experience – Hands-on training with coffee making using an espresso machine and customer interactions.
E – Employment Ready – Gain the confidence and tools to step into the workforce and thrive.

Core units
Introduction to food safety
SITHFAB021 Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol
Introduction to coffee making, customer service and hospitality skills
*Liquor Control Victoria issue your RSA Certificate of Completion. To receive this certificate, you must complete Liquor Control Victoria’s online SHARPR training. Once you have completed SITHFAB021: Provide responsible service of alcohol It may take up to 48 hours to receive the LCV email with Learning Hub account setup instructions.

Course delivery
Classroom based using an espresso machine under the support and guidance of experienced hospitality Trainer and Assessor.
Times: 9.30am- 4pm
Days: 4 days
Assessment
Online assessments, practical activities, role plays, workplace scenarios
Privacy
- For students completing RSA training, your details will be provided to the LCV Liquor Control Victoria to ensure your certificate is validly recorded and to allow for future refresher training.

You will need the following to complete your application:
1. USI number – You must have a USI number prior to applying for a course

2. Email address and login details in order to complete the language, literacy and numeracy quiz and course application
Fees and Charges
$5,300 for core units (equivalent to $132.50 per person per day for a group of 10)
