F.R.E.E is a 5-day training course designed to prepare you for entry-level work in hospitality and provide strategies for better managing your wages.
F – Foundational Skills – Learn the core of hospitality: Responsible service of alcohol, food safety, customer service.
R – Real-World Experience – Hands-on training with coffee making using an espresso machine and customer interactions.
E – Essential Life Skills – Financial literacy, budgeting, understanding tax, superannuation and payslips.
E – Employment Ready – Gain the confidence and tools to step into the workforce and thrive

Financial literacy – personal budgeting, wages, taxes, superannuation

Introduction to food safety and coffee making/barista
Course delivery
Classroom based using an espresso machine under the support and guidance of experienced hospitality Trainer and Assessor.
5 days from 9am- 4pm
Assessment
Online assessments, practical activities, role plays, workplace scenarios

1. USI number – You must have a USI number prior to applying for a course
