In this accredited unit of competency, you will learn how to safely handle, prepare and store food to avoid contamination and food-borne illnesses. Training is face to face with access to kitchen facilities. Suitable for people looking to enter work in food outlets or in kitchens.

This course is a Centrelink approved activity. People with a disability are encouraged to apply.
