Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee

In this accredited unit of competency, you will learn how to extract and serve espresso coffee beverages using a commercial espresso machine and grinder. Suitable for people looking for work in hospitality or for those wanting to hone their barista skills. 

This course is a Centrelink approved activity. People with a disability are encouraged to apply.

Course Delivery

Face to face using a commercial espresso machine under the guidance of supportive trainers. 
3-day course 

Assessment

Practical activities, case studies, written exercises, online assessments
